Eligibility for Return/Refund
We accept returns and offer refunds for products purchased directly from our online store within 30 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
Certain products, such as perishable goods or custom orders, may not be eligible for returns. Please refer to individual product listings for specific information.
How to Return Items
Contact our customer service team at infos@chemshopz.com to request a return authorization (RMA).
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return instructions, including the return address.
Returns must be sent back using a traceable and insured shipping method to ensure the items arrive safely.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to certain products.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the issue.
We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement, a repair, or a full refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons, including but not limited to:
Opened or used chemical products
Hazardous materials
Gift cards or downloadable products
Canceling an Order
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, orders are processed and shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
